Last updated June 12, 2026 · Draft pending counsel review1. What we collect
Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when registering or when an organization invites you. Customer content: the projects, documents, timesheets, and related records your organization creates in the Service — this data belongs to your organization. Usage and log data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken, collected for security auditing, debugging, and service improvement. Contact form submissions: the name, email, company, and message you send us.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service, including authentication, authorization, and collaboration features; to secure the Service through rate limiting, audit trails, and abuse detection; and to respond when you contact us, including transactional email. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not train AI models on your content.
3. Data isolation
Each organization's data lives in its own database schema. Cross-organization access is structurally prevented, and access within an organization is governed by roles and permissions your administrators control. AI features run inside our cloud perimeter under those same roles.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service — cloud hosting and storage, and a transactional email provider. They process data on our behalf under their own contractual obligations and do not use it for their own purposes.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for session authentication, CSRF protection, and remembering preferences such as theme. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Retention & deletion
Customer content is retained while your organization's account is active. Organizations can delete records within the Service; soft-deleted files are purged on a scheduled basis. When an organization is terminated, its schema and stored files are destroyed after a reasonable export window.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is permission-gated and audit-logged. See our Security page for specifics.
8. Your choices
Access, export, correct, or delete your information through your account, or contact support@titleterra.co. If you are a member of a customer organization, some requests may route through that organization as the controller of its records.
9. Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy through the Service or by email before they take effect.
