Terms of Service
Last updated June 12, 2026 · Draft pending counsel review1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TitleTerra platform, websites, and related services (the "Service"), operated by TitleTerra ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Accounts & organizations
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are per person; credentials must not be shared. Organization administrators control membership, roles, and permissions within their organization and are responsible for those grants.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data, documents, and content you upload or create in the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not train AI models on it. You can export Customer Data — including timesheets, reports, spreadsheets, and documents — in standard formats at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and within your organization's authorization: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with other tenants, no use of the Service to store or transmit unlawful material, and no reselling of the Service without our written consent.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per seat on the schedule presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
6. Availability & support
We work to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where the change is material.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. TitleTerra is workflow software; it does not provide legal advice, title opinions, or land-services professional judgment, and you remain responsible for your professional work product — including review of any AI-assisted output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleTerra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Term & termination
Cancel whenever. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where practicable. On termination, your organization retains export access for a wind-down period before data is deleted.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
